From taking crops that are typically considered not suitable for the soil type at our farms to experimenting with modern-day techniques like Aeroponics, Hydroponics, and vertical farming, our team of agriculturists is constantly working towards pushing the boundaries.

Agricultural Research
With our first-hand learnings and expertise, currently, we are helping students from Agricultural colleges with short-term training programs planned around good cultivation practices in organic and natural farming.
We are planning towards establishing an agriculture college with affiliations from reputed universities to make quality agri-education and training accessible for all!

Training and Education
Currently, the farm functions with a team of more than 40 members along with 150 to 200 farmhands hailing from the neighboring 11 villages working at the farm every day. At the same time, several contractors, contributors, and freelancers are working on a need basis with the farms.
Our education and training programs are directed towards adding value to the independence of farmers.
With our growth and expansion plans, the team at Rachana Farms is always expanding.

Employment Generation
Rachana Foundation, our social welfare wing, is currently helping residents of 11 neighboring villages to the farm with on-site schooling, health check-up camps, and overall health awareness.
Our initiative called Rachana Gokul is directed towards helping children of the farmhands working at Rachana Farms with better education, healthcare, and other facilities. The efforts do not end here, our management is constantly on the lookout for adding value to the community through organized efforts.
